This week I sat with our hive that is healthy and thriving. Whenever I sit with the bees I feel a calmness come over my entire being. It leaves me in awe and so I asked them,
Why is there such a calming presence when I sit with you all?
Because we are in flow. We flow to our natural rhythm, as do the sacred mathematical equations that govern all of life. When the natural essence of a being is in flow, beauty and sacred geometry take place. We flow and communicate in loving tender ways. We are the essence of inner harmony and peace. Our vibration hums with a healing force that channels the life force of any being to awaken and be pollinated.
Those pieces within you that have been lost or forgotten will be remembered and called forth by removing blockages that humans have so readily put in place that cause unnecessary challenges to the human experience. Removing these blockages is a pathway we support with the energy we carry into this world. We pollinate your being so you too may fruit and bring forth the divine energy that has been forming within you.
Oftentimes the anxiety you feel within is rooted in the many creations that want to birth out of you, but have been blocked for various reasons. With a bit of pollination, your true essence is ready to flow, and great abundance for you and the Earth will follow. As we harvest nectar and pollinate flowers, the flowers and we bees both experience great gifts of abundance. When one is in their natural flow, all those around you are also rewarded. There is a natural reciprocity. Connect with your flow and you connect to life itself.
This message about flow reminds me about the first time I consciously received a message from the Earth. Eight years ago while traveling across Colorado, I was writing about my concerns of witnessing the rivers and creeks drying up. All of the sudden my handwriting changed, and I was overcome with an intense feeling. What came through was that the rivers weren’t drying up, but rather they were going back to their natural flow, which meant they were going underground or shifting how they were moving through the Earth. Perhaps I was channeling water itself, in which they also said that humans too were shifting back to their natural flow, away from all of the ways we have dammed ourselves up.
This relates to an experiment that a friend recently told me about that may or may not have happened with five monkeys, a ladder, and a banana.
The experiment states that bananas were hanging above a ladder with five monkeys in the room. When any of the monkeys attempted to climb the ladder, they would get sprayed with cold water. This would happen until the monkeys no longer attempted to climb the ladder. A monkey would be traded out and a new monkey in, and when the new monkey attempted to climb the ladder, the other monkeys would tackle that monkey. But at this time, no more water would be sprayed. New monkeys were exchanged in and out one at a time until all of the original monkeys who were sprayed were no longer in the room. Yet, whenever a new monkey tried to go up the ladder, they would attack.
The truth becomes hidden within the psyches of the monkeys. When the monkeys go towards what would give them pleasure and nourishment, they harm each other, even the original reason no longer exists.
Along the lines of epigenetics, I wonder in what ways we live our lives that have been dammed up from our ancestors. Are there some places where we may release the false narratives that no longer apply?
What would your life feel like if you lived in flow with your natural rhythm? Could you consciously live this way for 10 - 20 minutes? And expand, little by little, each day? What would happen?
Could we become powerful flowing beings—a calm presence that any bee would be happy to sit beside?
One of the main areas humans are reconnecting to themselves and with the flow of the Earth is through plant medicines. At 22, I remember the moment I held a book in my hands that told me plants were medicine. I remember the shock, awe, and the feeling that something in my body remembered this.
As I think of this moment I want to cry, knowing that my now 22 month-old daughter will walk over to the plantain when she gets hurt. She points to one of the flowers growing outside a shop, and in her toddler like tongue says “Echinacea.” She pulls chickweed for the ducks and is friends with the dandelion flowers. She forages for wild strawberries, and will more readily eat what she finds growing than what we feed her at the table. She eats wood sorrel with her friends, and I trust that when I see she is eating something wild out of the corner of my eye, she knows what it is. And she calls these plants medicine.
I had to overcome conditioning that was terrified of bees, dirt, and killed the very medicine that grew at our feet: dandelions! These blockages that have come in with our conditioning leave very real imprints, and yet they are often false.
Along my journey, the plants have continually said that they miss being in relationship with humans. That the more we work with them, our brains will begin to rewire towards a more nourishing life for ourselves and the Earth.
I asked the bees if there was a flower that could offer this sort of peace that I feel with them. The inspiration came at this moment to create a bee essence. And so I did. I gathered my crystal bowl, crystals, and added Spring Water. I laid this bowl of crystals and spring water under the entrance of the hive. All day the bees flew in and out adding their energetic expression into the memory of the water below. For more details on this magical way of being with water, look into the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto and Bach Flower Essences. I added ACV and honey to this essence and created a type of elixir.
The past couple of days when I have felt stuck, overwhelmed, lost, or anxious, I pause and retrieve this bee essence. Immediately I begin to feel at peace. The first morning when I tried it, a project I have been stuck on became clear and I was able to move forward. By creating this moment to connect with my flow from the help of the bees, my day to day struggles have eased.
I am in the process of creating an offering of these essences, so stayed tuned! If you would like to pre-order and receive a personalized bee message, write me. The pre-order with bee messages are $21 + shipping.
With loving contemplation,
Sacha Louise and the Bees
WOW, Sacha!!! This message of being stuck from one’s own flow of expression and relationship is so timely for me, and I’d like to reserve a new bee elixir, for sure.
This message resonated with me also in the context of relating with our Ukrainian guests . . . . I’ll share more later, but just wanted to quickly thank you for this message. I particularly love the comparison you set up between your own enculturation and that of Aurora’s experience . . . . This is really beautiful, I just love who you are in the world. Thank you for doing your work, it’s like a sane song amidst some chaos and distraction: there you are!! Speaking from you home amidst the wise and loving energies of Plantasia. ❤️❤️❤️
A Bee Essence!!! Brilliant and beautiful. Of course their vibratory magic and the harmony of the flowers stuffed in their pollen pockets would be the most potent medicine imprinted in the power of water. I feel so inspired by your creation. I love that you are sharing messages from the Bees. I feel so clear that many of us are here to translate the guidance that Nature is offering, the guidance that once was Known in our embodied reception before the suppression of our primal awareness.
